As a health and fitness professional I’ve been working with men and women of all shapes and sizes since 2012 and getting amazing results.

Do you have an old or pre-existing injury? With the Dublin personal training injuries are no problem at all. If you have a creaky knee, poor posture or aching shoulders we’ll work to make those a thing of the past.
With a background in sports physiotherapy, my approach to training is to make you stronger, to achieve weight loss and/or build lean muscle all while improving your posture and making sure everything you do is done safely.
How does the personal training work? Firstly we look over your exercise and health history. We determine what your health and fitness goals are whether they are weight loss or muscle gain, toning up or increasing your fitness etc.
Depending on your needs we then make up a fully customised plan to help you towards whatever goal you have following the SMART principle.
That means we pick a specific goal which we can measure progress and attain realistically within a given time frame.

This program is for you if you want to train with a friend or your partner. You get all the same great benefits of a trainer with the added fun and maybe even some friendly competition from your gym buddy.

The training can be adapted to each of you depending on strength or fitness levels. If you had different goals, the nutrition coaching reflects that also.
